LANLOG LICENSE AGREEMENT
If you distribute LANLOG to friends, associates or to a computer
bulletin board system (BBS), please distribute the files LANLOG.EXE and
LANLOG.TXT rather than the individual files.
Those wishing to distribute LANLOG refer to DISTRIB.DOC, Shareware
vendors (BBS sysops etc) please refer to vendor.doc.
You are authorised to evaluate the program LAN-LOG for a period of 30
days, after this period if you intend to continue to use this product
you MUST register the program and pay an appropriate license fee for its
continued use.

Registered Users of LANLOG
YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE
USING THE SOFTWARE BEING PROVIDED TO YOU BY PATHFINDER. BY USING THIS
SOFTWARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT
AND INITIATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE WITH WHAT THIS AGREEMENT SAYS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNUSED SOFTWARE (INCLUDING WRITTEN MATERIAL THAT IS
PART OF THIS PRODUCT) TO PATHFINDER OR YOUR SUPPLIER FOR A FULL REFUND.
PATHFINDER provides the computer software ("Program") contained in this
package and licenses it's use. You assume full responsibility for the
selection of the Program to achieve your intended results and for the
installation, use and results obtained from the Program.

LICENSE
In consideration of the payment of a license fee, you are granted a
personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the object
code versions of the accompanying registered software Program and
enclosed related documentation ("Documentation") under the terms stated
in this Agreement. You own the diskette or other physical media on which
the Program are provided under this Agreement, but all title and
ownership of the Program and Documentation and all other rights not
expressly granted to you under this Agreement shall at all times reside
with PATHFINDER or with PATHFINDER's suppliers in the event the Program
is licensed to PATHFINDER by a third party.
The Program may be used by you and only on a single computer. Any
computer software or documentation generated by the Program may be
freely distributed, but limited to the NUMBER of PERSONAL COMPUTERS for
WHICH YOU HAVE PAID a registration fee. The title and ownership of all
computer generated software shall reside with PATHFINDER.
You and your employees and agents are required to protect the
confidentiality of the Program. You may not distribute or otherwise
make a registered copy of the Program or Documentation available to any
third party.
You may make one archival copy of the registered Program in support of
use on one computer at a time. Such copies shall not be distributed to
others without the prior written approval of PATHFINDER. Copies of
Documentation may be made only to the extent required to support the use
of the Program. Unauthorised copying, reverse compiling or disassembling
of the Program (registered or shareware), or creating derivative works
based on the Program is prohibited. You must reproduce and include the
copyright notice of PATHFINDER or its suppliers on the original and on
all copies of the Program and related Documentation.
In the event that PATHFINDER provides you with a copy of a new version
of the registered Program, or authorises you to make additional copies
of the Program, to replace the Program licensed hereunder, then any such
copy or copies shall be covered by and subject to the terms and
conditions of this License Agreement. Copies of old versions of the
Program shall continue to be covered hereunder until destroyed by you or
returned to PATHFINDER.
Any portion of the Program merged into or used in conjunction with
another program will continue to be the property of PATHFINDER and
subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You must
reproduce and include the copyright notice on any portion merged into or
used in conjunction with another program.
You may not sublease, assign or otherwise transfer the Registered
Programs or this license to any other person or organisation without the
prior WRITTEN consent of PATHFINDER. Any unauthorised transferee of the
Programs will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Any attempt to sublicense, transfer or assign the registered Program or
the rights or obligations of this license to any party without the prior
written approval of PATHFINDER shall be void.
You acknowledge that you are receiving only a limited license to use the
registered Program and Documentation and PATHFINDER retains title to the
Program and Documentation. You acknowledge that PATHFINDER has a
valuable proprietary interest in the Program and Documentation.
YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE PROGRAM OR DOCUMENTATION,
OR ANY COPY, MODIFICATION OR MERGED PORTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT
AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU TRANSFER POSSESSION
OF ANY COPY, MODIFICATION, OR MERGED PORTION OF THE PROGRAMS OR
DOCUMENTATION TO ANOTHER PARTY, YOUR LICENSE IS AUTOMATICALLY
TERMINATED.

DURATION
The registration license granted to you is effective until terminated.
Failure to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement will
result in the automatic termination of this Agreement without notice.
Within thirty (30) days after such termination, you shall return or
certify to PATHFINDER the destruction of the registered Program and
Documentation and all copies of either in any form.
You may terminate the license at any time by returning the Program and
Documentation to PATHFINDER together with any copies, modification or
merged portions in any form.
Upon termination PATHFINDER can also enforce any rights provided by law.
The provisions of this Agreement which protect the proprietary rights of
PATHFINDER will continue in force after termination.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
PATHFINDER warrants as the sole warranty provided to you that the
diskette(s) on which the registered Program is furnished will be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions
for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery to you as
evidenced by a copy of your receipt. No distributor, dealer or any
other person is authorised to expand or alter this warranty or this
Agreement; any such representation will not bind PATHFINDER.
PATHFINDER does not warrant the functions contained in the Programs will
meet your requirements or operate in the combination of
hardware/software that may be selected for use by you, that the
operation of the Program will be uninterrupted or error free, or that
all defects in the Programs will be corrected.
PATHFINDER's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be:
a. The replacement of any diskette not meeting PATHFINDER's warranty
explained above and which is returned to PATHFINDER or an authorise
distributor or dealer with a copy of your receipt; or
b. If PATHFINDER or the authorised PATHFINDER distributor or dealer is
unable to deliver a replacement diskette which conforms to the
warranty provided under this Agreement, you may terminate this
Agreement by returning the Program and Documentation to PATHFINDER
or the authorised PATHFINDER distributor or dealer from whom you
obtained the Program and your license fee will be refunded.
IN NO EVENT WILL PATHFINDER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR ANY LOST
PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM AND
DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF PATHFINDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
IN NO EVENT WILL PATHFINDER'S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO YOU OR ANY OTHER
PERSON EVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU TO USE THE
PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM.
The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your statutary
rights.
